Bhubaneswar: ECoR cancels 141 trains for Janata Curfew on Sunday


Major trains which will be cancelled on Sunday are 22859 Puri-Chennai Express, 12822 Puri-Howrah Dhauli Express, 18304 Puri-Sambalpur Inter City Express, 12074 Bhubaneswar-Howrah Jan Shatabdi Express, 12819 Bhubaneswar-Anand Vihar (New Delhi) Odisha Sampark Kranti Express, 18463 Bhubaneswar-Bangalore Prashanti Express, Bhubaneswar-Balangir Inter City Express, Bhubaneswar-Visakhapatnam Inter City Express, 22871 Bhubaneswar-Tirupati Express, 18513 Kirandul-Visakhapatnam Express, 12821 Howrah-Puri Dhauli Express and 12073 Howrah-Bhubaneswar Jan Shatabdi Express.



Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot orders lockdown in state from March 22-March 31


All malls, government and private offices, transport facilities and other services barring essential services related to saving life of the people, will remain closed across the state as chief minister Ashok Gehlot issued orders of complete lockdown of the state to contain the spread of Covid-19. The complete lockdown will remain in effect till Match 31.

Localised shortages of essential items like milk, bread, eggs and restaurant food marked the first day of the city's coronavirus lockdown. A complete closure is expected Sunday owing to the PM's 'Janata Curfew' followed by a period of dormancy over the next few days until March 31.


Andhra Pradesh registers two more coronavirus positive cases taking the tally to 5


Andhra Pradesh registered two more COVID-19 positive cases on Saturday, taking the tally to five. According to the health department officials, the patient 4 (22-year-old) from East Godavari travelled from London to Hyderabad on March 18 and then to Rajahmundry on the same day. On the other hand, the patient 5 from Krishna district, aged 24, arrived in New Delhi on March 15 from Paris. He had then travelled to Hyderabad and subsequently to Vijayawada on March 17. He was admitted to the isolation ward on March 20 and tested positive on Saturday

Coronavirus: Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, and Vadodara to be locked down till March 25.
