UP cabinet expansion, 7 new faces in cabinet, names of Jitin Prasad and Sanjay Nishad decided

The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh can expand the cabinet on September 3 or 4. 7 new ministers can be included in this. It is being told that their names have been decided.

The names of Jitin Prasad and Sanjay Nishad, who recently joined the BJP, are included in the list of possible ministers. The Yogi government is trying to solve the caste equation before the assembly elections.

The state leadership has indicated that those who get the responsibility in the organization will not get a chance in the cabinet this time.

 1. Jitin Prasad: Jitin Prasad, who left Congress and joined BJP, can now get a place in the Yogi cabinet after making him MLC. On Friday, Jitin Prasada met Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with the family. After the meeting, Jitin Prasad also shared the photo from his Twitter account.

2. Sanjay Nishad: Constantly meeting the central leaders. A few days ago, he also met National President JP Nadda and Home Minister. During this, CM Yogi, State President Swatantra Dev Singh and Organization Minister Sunil Bansal were also present. It is being said that Sanjay Nishad can also be given a place in the Yogi cabinet after the membership of the Legislative Council.

 3. Krishna Paswan: MLA from Khaga seat of Fatehpur. She has also been the Vice President of the organization. Come from Pasi caste. It is being said that the party can give them a chance to add non-Jatavs to the Dalits. They can also get a place in the cabinet.

 4. Tejpal Singh Nagar: Tejpal, who comes from Gujjar community, is MLA from Dadri for the last two times. The party can give a chance to Tejpal to take care of the farmers and Gujjar community in western UP.

 5. Somendra Tomar: is an MLA from the Southern Legislative Assembly of Meerut. Reached assembly for the first time. In view of the displeasure of the Gujjars in western UP, the party can give a chance to the Gujjar leader.

 6. Manju Sivas

 7. MP Senthwar

 8. Rahul Cole

 9. Ravi Sonkar

Cabinet will be expanded for the second time

After the formation of the government on 19 March 2017, the Yogi government expanded the cabinet on 22 August 2019. During that time there were 56 members in the cabinet.

Three ministers have died due to Corona. Recently, Minister of State Vijay Kumar Kashyap died, while in the first wave, Minister Chetan Chauhan and Minister Kamal Rani Varun died.

In the first cabinet expansion, the oath of cabinet was administered to 6 independent charge ministers. There were also three new faces in it.

This is the number of the cabinet of UP

A maximum of 60 ministers can be made in the Uttar Pradesh government.

The current cabinet consists of 23 cabinet ministers, 9 ministers of independent charge and 22 ministers of state, i.e. a total of 54 ministers.

Accordingly, 6 ministerial posts are still vacant. In such a situation, even if the Yogi government does not remove any minister from its cabinet, 6 new ministers can be made.

This is an election year, so the Yogi government can play a gamble to improve the political equation of the state by including some new people in the cabinet.
