Singh said this on Tuesday night when he came to meet his family after the death of Sudiksha Bhati, a student of dairy screener village in Dadri, beyond Noida.

Sanjay Singh said that Sudiksha's death is a stigma for the Uttar Pradesh government and the law and order situation in the state is that she kept chasing the promising daughter for 3 km, which made her a victim of a road accident.
