Gorakhpur News: A surprising case has come to light in Gorakhpur. Where the truck driver running from a factory escaped along with the bars. After the complaint, the police started investigating the matter due to apprehension of untoward incident. 



Police came to know that Kanpur Police has recovered the truck in abandoned condition. After this, the police traced the truck driver through surveillance, took him into custody, and interrogated him and after recovering 11.5 tonnes of reeds sold to a businessman from Amethi, the businessman was also arrested.

Gorakhpur's SSP Dr. Gaurav Grover disclosed the incident at the Police Lines Auditorium on Wednesday. He told that on March 20, 11.5 tonnes of rebar worth more than Rs 7 lakh was sent to Lucknow from the Gallant rebar factory of Sahajanwa police station area. 



Truck driver Aamir, a resident of Naraicha of Jafarganj in Fatehpur district, drove the truck. After this, the truck driver and the truck loaded with rebars were nowhere to be found. In this matter, the police registered a case and started investigation.

The police got information that the police of Chakeri police station of Kanpur have recovered a truck in abandoned condition. After this, the police traced the truck driver Aamir through surveillance and took him into custody.

Gorakhpur's SSP Dr. Gaurav Grover told that on March 20, 11.5 tonnes of rebars of Gallant Company were loaded in a truck and sent to Lucknow. This rebar did not reach the destination. The cost of rebar is more than 7 lakh rupees.

He told that the police found the truck in an abandoned condition in the Chakeri police station area of Kanpur. Lada Sariya was also found missing in it. Police registered the truck as abandoned. He told that in this case the truck driver Aamir sold the bars to a young man named Amardeep. The police arrested both of them and recovered 100 percent iron bars from the accused.
