Continuation of transfer of top officers in UP continues, six IAS officers changed again
The government late Saturday transferred 6 IAS officers, including two district magistrates. Among these, Special Secretary, Backward Classes Welfare Neha Sharma has been posted as Additional Chief Executive Officer, Noida. Anand Kumar Singh, Special Secretary, Basic Education, has been made the District Magistrate of Banda.
At the same time, Special Secretary, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Amit Kumar Singh will be the DM of Kaushambi. Amit Singh Bansal, who was the District Magistrate of Banda, has been made DM of Mau.

On Friday, the transfer of Rajesh Pandey, who was sent from the vice-chairman of Meerut Development Authority to the post of District Magistrate Mau, has been canceled and he is awaited. The officers waiting on Friday have not yet been posted.

Earlier on Friday, DMs of eight districts were changed. Out of the eight districts where the government removed DM, seven IAS officers were put in waiting.
Among these transfers, Ravish Gupta is the only officer who has got command of another district. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has visited many districts and reviewed development works and law and order.
For the first time, a divisional review has been initiated through video conferencing with public representatives and officers. Feedback of the districts is also being received through public representatives and common people.
DMs of eight districts were also replaced on Friday night. These include the District Magistrates of Sultanpur and Ghazipur. And six officers were replaced again Saturday.

The government also transferred 13 IPS officers including the captains of 8 districts late on Thursday night. These include police captains of Unnao, Hardoi, Siddharth Nagar, Rae Bareli, Hamirpur, Kushinagar, Kanpur Dehat, and Lakhimpur Kheri. It is being told that these transfers have been made in view of the challenges facing the crime front.
