Balrampur: Special Cell of Delhi Police got great success on Sunday. Special cell team recovered a large number of explosives and bomb-making material from his house in Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh under the guise of suspected ISIS terrorist Mohammad Mustakim alias Abdul Yusuf alias Abu Yusuf (Abu Yusuf) arrested from Delhi.
